Return Policy
At TIMERA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Original Packaging
Please return the watch in its original TIMERA box, along with the warranty card, tags, and any included accessories. Incomplete returns may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or alteration are not eligible for return. Sale items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
How to Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email at hsluxurycollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
