TIMERA stands behind every watch we sell. Every authentic TIMERA timepiece comes with an official 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Card in the Box
Your watch will arrive in a premium TIMERA box with an official warranty card included. Please keep the warranty card safe, as it is required for any warranty service or claim.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including movement failure, dial issues, and hand malfunction under normal use.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, water damage beyond the stated resistance, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, scratches, or broken glass.
How to Claim
Contact us via WhatsApp or email at hsluxurycollection@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will verify the warranty and arrange repair or replacement.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date shown on your order invoice. Warranty claims must be made before the expiry date.
